Most job plans in the CMMS are copied forward or written from memory. Raven's agents draft the task list from the OEM manual and the equipment's own work-order history, each step with the page it came from, for the planner to finish.

Most maintenance teams start with a turnaround. Send the worklist and the unit's P&IDs; Raven's agents draft every job's isolation and blind list, check the spares against stock, check the permit drafts, and return the gaps weeks before mobilization. Between turnarounds, the same start works on one unit's isolations and job plans.
From there we agree the scope: we do the tasks for you, or your team runs them in Raven. Your engineers approve the result either way.
What to send: The turnaround worklist as exported from your CMMS (Excel or CSV), the unit's P&IDs as scans, the isolation and blind lists if they exist, and a stock export for the spares on the list. One unit's turnaround is enough.
