Shutdown & turnaround readiness.

Turnaround overruns are mostly data failures found mid-shutdown: scope that doesn't match the field, spares not kitted, drawings superseded since the scope was written. Raven's agents check the worklist before mobilization: every job against its drawings, procedures, and prior records, every spare against stock and open orders.

Job plans from the manuals.

Most job plans in the CMMS are copied forward or written from memory. Raven's agents draft the task list from the OEM manual and the equipment's own work-order history, each step with the page it came from, for the planner to finish.

Inspection history per equipment.

Inspection data systems hold the surveys; connecting them to the equipment is still manual. Raven's agents attach thickness readings, repairs, and past reports to each equipment and circuit, trended against minimum thickness, ready before the FFS or the internal inspection.

How a job starts here.

Most maintenance teams start with one unit. Raven converts its P&IDs into smart drawings, links the procedures, work orders, and inspection records to the equipment, and runs one job start to finish: an isolation plan, a readiness check, or a job plan on your own equipment. Before a turnaround, the same start works on the worklist: send the scope and the drawings, and the gaps come back before mobilization.

From there we agree the scope: we do the jobs for you, or your team runs them in Raven. Your engineers approve the result either way.
