Handover build, from the drawings up.

A unit coming to commissioning, an EPC leaving, a migration loading the register. Raven's agents read the unit's P&IDs into the tag register, check the dossiers and the EAM against it, and link every document to its tag. The gaps come back found in days, and the register built in weeks.

The work today

A handover arrives as folders. Checking it against the drawings is done by hand.

The register is traced by hand

Accepting a handover, or building the register for a migration, means people tracing P&IDs into spreadsheets, tag by tag, sheet by sheet.

The dossiers rarely get checked back

What the EPC delivered, what was loaded into the EAM, and what the drawings show are three lists, and comparing them takes weeks the project doesn't have before the EPC leaves.

Documents stay in folders

The datasheet exists, somewhere in the dossier. Finding it means already knowing where to look, and by then the EPC has left.

How we do it

Drawings in. A checked, linked register back.

01

You send the drawings

The unit's P&IDs, an EAM extract, and whatever document set you have: dossiers, datasheets, manuals. Scans are fine.

02

Raven extracts and matches

Every equipment, line, valve, and instrument is extracted from the drawings into a register. Each tag is matched against the EAM, and its documents are found and linked to it.

03

Gaps reported, register delivered

Tags missing from the EAM, entries no drawing carries, and unlinked documents come back as findings with the evidence attached. The register is delivered as loadable files, and your engineers approve it.

The drawings themselves come back smart: click any tag on the P&ID and its page opens. See Smart P&ID

Why it's different

The register the plant can actually trust.

Built from the drawings

The register reflects the plant as drawn, not what accumulated in the system. Every tag carries the drawing and revision it came from.

Checked both ways

Drawings against the EAM and the EAM against the drawings: missing tags and orphan entries both surface, each with its evidence.

Structured how the handover asks

CFIHOS or ISO 14224 structure where the project requires it, and plain loadable files where it doesn't.

Start with the check

Send one unit's handover set. The gaps come back in days.

01 · You give us

The unit's P&IDs, scans are fine

The equipment list or tag register, as received

Datasheets and vendor dossiers

The EAM export, if the register has been loaded

The document index, if you have one

02 · In days, you get

Tags on the drawings, missing from the register

Register entries no drawing carries

Equipment with no datasheet in the dossier

Documents that name no tag

Datasheets that contradict the drawing

Each with the data behind it, and its page. A fixed fee. Your team confirms the findings.

Delivered at production scale.

At Indorama's fertilizer and petrochemical operations, 10 plant units have been processed, more than 10,000 documents are connected to their assets, and over 1,000 users across four functions work on the result daily.
