Every department's jobs, done in hours.

All of it runs on your own drawings, documents, and system data. We can do the job for you, or your team can do it themselves in Raven. Your engineers approve the result.

Materials & procurement

Find the money sitting in your material data.

Material master cleansing and cataloguing projects are usually quoted in months. Raven's agents read the documents themselves, so it lands in weeks, with every value traced to its source.

Duplicate & obsolete codes, valued

The same part under two codes, across stores and sites, confirmed with document evidence and valued at stock on hand. Obsolete parts flagged from supersession records, with the stock still held against them.

Maintenance, reliability & integrity

Every job planned, isolated, and stocked before it starts.

Turnaround planning and isolation management tools track this work; someone still has to gather the drawings, procedures, and parts for every job. Raven's agents do the gathering. Inspection records get the same treatment: attached to the equipment and circuits on the drawing.

Isolation plans, drawn on the P&ID

Pick the pump or the line. Raven traces the energy sources on the P&ID, marks the isolation points, and drafts the plan with the procedures and prior isolation records attached.

Shutdown & turnaround readiness

Turnaround overruns are mostly data failures found mid-shutdown. Every job on the worklist checked before mobilization: drawings, procedure, blinds, and spares connected, scope citing superseded drawings flagged while there is still time.

Operations & technical services

Every change and every permit, checked against the drawings.

MOC and permit systems move the forms; checking them against the drawings and records is still manual. Raven's agents do the checking.

MOC impact review

Every equipment, line, instrument, procedure, and drawing a proposed change touches, with prior changes on the same system beside it. The review starts complete.

HAZOPs, investigations, and audits that start prepared.

Your PSM system tracks the workflow; assembling the evidence, node files, and registers behind it is still manual. Raven's agents do the assembling.

Engineering & asset information

A register and drawings you don't have to double-check.

An asset register build, document control, or an information handover project comes down to reading the drawings and documents. Raven's agents do the reading; your engineers settle the exceptions.

Fix the asset register

The tag register read from your P&IDs and documents, matched against your EAM: gaps, duplicates, and naming mismatches listed, corrections handed back as a file your EAM team can load.

Technical bid evaluations in hours instead of days.

This job starts from its own document set and does not need the asset information model. We've tested this on a real pump bid evaluation with an international EPC.

Getting started

How a job starts.

Two ways to run any of this.

Have us do it

1

Send a sample: a material master export, one unit's P&IDs, or a bid package.

2

See the findings on your own data.

3

Agree the scope and one fixed price for the finished deliverable. Your engineers approve it, and you keep the asset information model the job builds.

Common first jobs: material master & spares cleansing · asset register & document-linking build · data quality check.

Do it yourselves in Raven

Your team connects the drawings, documents, and system extracts, and runs the same jobs with Raven's agents day to day: on the work queue, from the drawing, or by handing over a job like the ones above.

Most plants do both: the first job is delivered, the tool stays.

See Raven on your plant

A material master export, one unit's P&IDs, or a bid package: one job shows Raven working on your own data. The jobs are listed above.
