Start with one task.

Five tasks Raven does on your plant's own information. Each opens with a paid check: a fixed fee, the findings back in days, your team confirms them. Then the whole task, by us or by your team in Raven.

  • Clean your materials data Duplicate codes, spares nobody can find, and BOMs that no longer match the vendor documents.Opens with: Data quality check. The findings come back in days, each with the page it came from. Your team confirms them, then the whole task follows.

What to send: Material master export from SAP MM or Maximo (Excel or CSV) with stock on hand, the equipment list, and the unit's P&IDs, datasheets, GA drawings, and vendor manuals as scans, plus your codification standard if you have one. One plant is enough.

  • Prepare for a turnaround Work orders reaching mobilization on an old drawing revision, with a spare not in stock or an isolation nobody checked.Opens with: Worklist check. The findings come back in days, each with the page it came from. Your team confirms them, then the whole task follows.

What to send: The turnaround worklist as exported from your CMMS (Excel or CSV), the unit's P&IDs as scans, the isolation and blind lists if they exist, and a stock export for the spares on the list. One unit's turnaround is enough.

  • Check process safety information A year of changes, and P&IDs, procedures and cause-and-effect sheets that were never updated to match.Opens with: MOC and PSI check. The findings come back in days, each with the page it came from. Your team confirms them, then the whole task follows.

What to send: A year of closed MOCs from one unit as exported from your MOC system, with the P&IDs, SOPs, and cause-and-effect sheets those changes should have reached, and the HAZOP recommendation register if you have one. One unit is enough.

  • Evaluate vendor bids Vendor offers that take days to read against the specification, with deviations still missed.Opens with: One package evaluated. The findings come back in days, each with the page it came from. Your team confirms them, then the whole task follows.

What to send: The purchaser specification and datasheet, and each vendor's technical offer, for one package you are evaluating now. PDFs as received. One package is enough.

  • Prepare plant handover data Dossiers, datasheets and an EAM load that arrive at handover with no tag register tying them together.Opens with: Handover data check. The findings come back in days, each with the page it came from. Your team confirms them, then the whole task follows.

What to send: One unit's handover set as received: the P&IDs, the equipment list or tag register, the datasheets and vendor dossiers, and the EAM export if the register has been loaded. Scans are fine. One unit is enough.

01

You send the files

An export and the documents as they are. Nothing installs. We reply with a secure link for the files.

02

The findings come back in days

Each finding with the data behind it and the page it came from. A fixed fee. Your team confirms what it sees.

03

Then the whole task

Done by us, or run by your team with Raven's agents. The model of your plant it builds keeps working for the next task.
