Raven began in 2024 when brothers Priyansh and Sriyansh returned home for their father's retirement.

After three decades leading operations at Reliance Industries, Petro Rabigh, Haldia Petrochemicals, and ONGC Petro Additions (OPaL), he had seen firsthand how much efficiency and safety depend on people's experience — and how difficult it is to make that knowledge accessible across a plant.

Those conversations made us realize the scale of what's possible when industrial knowledge becomes searchable and usable the way modern software knowledge already is. Having spent years building startups and systems — and as YC founders who had seen how technology can reshape work — we decided to bring that same transformation to the plant floor.

That's where Raven started, with a simple idea: make a plant's knowledge connected, searchable, and available to everyone who runs it.

Today, our small team in San Francisco and Bangalore works alongside plant engineers and safety teams to turn decades of industrial know-how into something that can be found, reused, and built upon every day.
