Find plant information
and prepare engineering work

directly from your P&IDs.

Your engineers read the P&ID to understand the process — but the datasheets, procedures, history, and changes they need to act on it live somewhere else. Raven makes the drawing itself interactive: click any pump, valve, line, or instrument and everything behind it is right there. AI searches, connects, and prepares first drafts of familiar work — permits, isolations, investigations, reports. Your engineers review and approve.

Click any asset on the drawing

Datasheets, SOPs, history, linked to source.

Search across everything

Cited, or it says the source isn't there.

Validated and exportable

Export to Excel, CSV, JSON, or API.

How it's different

The drawing you already trust, connected.

Raven reads the P&IDs you already have — scanned or CAD — and makes them interactive. No redrawing, no new master, no migration project. What changes is what happens when you click.

Every object reviewed and source-linked

Pumps, valves, lines, and instruments are validated by engineers and linked to the current revision of their documents.

The same P&ID stays the interface

Teams keep navigating the drawing they already know. Answers and records open beside it.

Familiar work starts from the drawing

Select an object, line, or area and prepare the job from that view — isolation plans, MOC context, HAZOP pre-reads.

An overlay on the systems you run

Raven links to your DMS, EAM, and ERP records where they live. Nothing is migrated or replaced.

Plant Workbench

Agents that produce work, not answers.

Hand it an incident, MOC, vendor response, or question — Plant Workbench pulls context from your validated interactive P&IDs and asset pages and drafts the work, sources shown. Your team reviews before it counts.

Why Raven

What your plant gets

For brownfield chemical, fertilizer, and refining plants on old, scanned P&IDs and scattered documents — Raven connects it all into one validated base.

Senior-engineer time, freed

Reviews and jobs move faster

Knowledge that stays

Data security

Where your data lives

In your boundary — Raven-managed, single-tenant, or your own cloud.

What touches your data

Raven's models run in-boundary; third-party AI sees content only briefly.

Never trained on, never shared

Zero-retention, zero-training with every provider. Single-tenant isolation.

Who can access it

FAQ

Questions, answered

ChatGPT and Copilot are general assistants. Raven is built for process plants and starts from P&IDs, tags, equipment, lines, valves, and instruments. We connect those plant objects to datasheets, SOPs, manuals, incidents, maintenance history, materials, and the source documents behind them. When you open a tag or line, you see linked records with source references, revision context, and review status — not a blank chat answer. Work such as isolation prep or RCA can start from the drawing or from a workflow need, with the same connected context and review trail.

SOPs, manuals, datasheets; P&IDs, loop diagrams, PFDs, CAD/PDF drawings; BOMs and spare catalogs; work orders, shift logs, near-miss/incident/RCA files; inspection and calibration records; spreadsheets and CSVs. We handle scanned PDFs with OCR and extract structure from semi-structured documents. We also index content from SharePoint/Drive and exports from CMMS/EAM, ERP, QMS/PLM/MES, and historians. Everything is linked to assets, tags, and equipment so answers carry context. We maintain versions so teams always see the latest approved revision. The goal is one trustworthy, searchable, and actionable knowledge layer.

Your data stays yours, and we do not train on customer data. LLM use can run under Zero Data Retention agreements so prompts and outputs are not stored for training. The Data Security section above covers deployment options, encryption, access control, and audit trail. See our Security page for the full policy detail.

Plant context and generated work stay tied to source documents, drawings, and records you can open and review. Each output shows where the supporting text came from, which revision applies, and what still needs review before export. P&ID views can highlight the relevant tag or line so teams can verify quickly. If the fact is not in your approved plant corpus, Raven says so instead of guessing. HAZOP, MOC, RCA, permit, and inspection outputs can go through SME review with version control and audit trail.

Yes. Raven is an overlay across the plant records and systems you already run — engineering files, document stores, ERP/EAM records, historian exports, and maintenance systems. It starts with your existing P&IDs and plant documents, converts them into smart drawings and asset information pages, and links each generated file back to its source for review and audit. We connect through read-only connectors, file drops, or batch imports according to your IT/OT policy. Control networks stay isolated; we do not touch your DCS/PLC. You can start with a few repositories and one or two workflows, then expand as value is proven. No rip-and-replace project.

Most teams start with a paid, fixed-scope 30-day pilot on one unit — baseline captured up front, a named reviewing engineer, and success criteria agreed before we start. Weeks 1–2: Raven converts your P&IDs, extracts the assets, and links datasheets, SOPs, manuals, and history to each tag. Your engineers validate the result. Weeks 3–4: one workflow runs from that base — isolation planning, HAZOP or MOC context, or BOM and spares — and we measure prep time against the baseline. We track metrics weekly and make an explicit scale decision at the end.
